1. Customer confirmation
By selecting the separate checkbox and starting KYC, the customer confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy and freely consent to the processing below to the extent consent is the applicable ground.
2. Data and purposes
- Telegram id and profile, verified phone and internal customer id.
- Document details, face/selfie image, liveness and match results for identity, duplicate and fraud prevention.
- Technical request markers for security and abuse controls.
- Purposes: create the KYC session, receive a result, decide access to transactions and meet applicable obligations.
3. Recipients
KYC data is sent to the connected Love&Pay provider and necessary infrastructure. The document and selfie are uploaded to the provider; A‑EXCHANGE receives a minimal result and does not receive or store the images.
4. Choice and withdrawal
Consent may be refused or withdrawn via A-Exchange-Thai@proton.me. Without the data, KYC and money-related actions cannot proceed. Withdrawal acts prospectively and does not undo prior lawful processing or mandatory retention.
5. Record
The backend records user id, server time, language, document key and version. The record is immutable; a new text creates a new record and may require renewed consent.
