1. Purpose

A‑EXCHANGE uses KYC and risk-based measures to prevent fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion and identity misuse.

Measures are applied in proportion to the identified risk, the channels actually available and the mandatory requirements for the relevant transaction.

2. Mandatory verification

  • For an ordinary customer, payment verification takes place inside the provider’s secure page. An administrator may individually assign an approved partner’s terminal a mode without that verification.
  • A separate successful KYC is required for payout. Two versioned consents are recorded before that check starts.
  • The provider checks a verified contact, document, selfie, liveness and identity match; A‑EXCHANGE stores the minimal result.
  • Repeat or additional verification may be required after expiry or when risk increases.

3. Risk and further information

  • Review may consider amount, frequency, geography, payer, recipient, device, behaviour, sanctions and PEP factors.
  • The service may request purpose, source of funds, relationship to a payer or safely delivered evidence.
  • Third-party payment is permitted but may trigger enhanced review; the account holder remains responsible.

4. Monitoring and restrictions

The service may delay, reject, cancel or manually review a transaction, restrict an account and retain required records where risk, a provider or law requires it.

A report to a competent authority may not be disclosed where tipping-off is prohibited. A good-faith customer receives an available status and support route to the extent permitted.

5. USDT and TON

USDT and TON transactions may be assessed using address, network, transaction history and available risk signals. Addresses associated with crime, sanctions, fraud or concealment of source of funds are prohibited.

A public blockchain check does not guarantee the legality of the entire source-of-funds history.

6. Contact

If a check fails or a transaction is stopped, contact @kargo_char or A-Exchange-Thai@proton.me. Do not send full documents or selfies in an open Telegram chat; support must offer a secure channel if further evidence is needed.
