1. Service scope
A‑EXCHANGE provides a digital interface for transactions. The public flow begins with a RUB payment through SBP and a THB credit to the internal balance. USDT transactions and TON payouts may also be available inside the authenticated product.
Available directions, channels and limits are determined by the server for each transaction and may depend on reserves, risk and provider requirements.
2. Quote and order
- The public calculation is informational until a server quote is created.
- A quote has a limited validity period; amount, rate, limits and expiry are shown before confirmation.
- An expired quote is recalculated and requires confirmation instead of changing silently.
- Money arithmetic is performed by the backend using exact decimal values.
3. Identification and payment
- The customer signs in through Telegram. An ordinary customer completes the payment check on the provider’s secure page; an administrator individually assigns an approved partner’s terminal a mode with or without that check.
- A payment link may be paid from another person’s account. The account holder remains the customer and is responsible for the payment’s legality and explanation, while the payer completes any check required by the terminal mode.
- Underpayment, overpayment, late, duplicate or third-party payments may require manual reconciliation.
4. Balance and payout
Funds appear on the balance only after a server-confirmed event and ledger entry. Available and locked amounts are shown separately.
The payout method is selected in the Mini App. Fees, minimums, availability and reserve are shown before confirmation. Office, courier, ATM-related and TON channels apply only when offered in the interface.
5. USDT and TON
USDT and TON involve technical and market risks, including the irreversibility of a correctly executed transaction, address errors, and network or provider delays. The customer must verify the network, address and amount.
A‑EXCHANGE does not hold the customer’s private keys and does not promise reversal of a confirmed blockchain transaction.
6. Suspension and disputes
A transaction may be rejected, paused or reviewed due to unavailable reserves, inconsistent information, fraud signals, AML/KYC, provider or legal requirements.
Thai law applies and contractual disputes are submitted to Bangkok courts, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
