1. How to contact us

Contact @kargo_char or A-Exchange-Thai@proton.me and provide the request number, date, amount and safe proof of payment. Never post a full document, selfie, cardless code or wallet secret in an open chat.

2. When credit occurs

  • An unpaid, declined, cancelled or expired order is not credited to the A‑EXCHANGE balance.
  • USDT or THB is credited only after a successful signed event from the payment provider.
  • If payment fails, the customer creates a new order and tries again; a failed attempt is not a completed transaction.

3. After successful payment

After confirmed payment, A‑EXCHANGE credits the calculated target currency. The service does not offer a discretionary refund of the RUB payment after that credit and does not take back credited USDT or THB through an automated refund process.

4. Error or dispute

A mistaken, late, duplicate or disputed payment is first reconciled against signed provider data and the immutable ledger. Contacting support does not itself cancel a successful transaction. If mandatory applicable law requires another remedy, the case is handled individually outside the standard refund interface and recorded as a separate verifiable entry.

5. Review

Support may request payer details, payment purpose, source of funds and the payer’s relationship to the account holder. This is needed to verify the operation, protect third-party funds and meet AML/KYC requirements.

6. Disputes

If support cannot resolve the issue, the customer may use applicable consumer channels and courts. Thai law applies; Bangkok courts are the agreed jurisdiction subject to mandatory rules.
