1. Document status and operator
These terms govern the A‑EXCHANGE website, Telegram bot and Mini App. The operator is Madras Company Limited, registration number 0105568009006, at 973 Phloen Chit Road, Lumpini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand.
This is the effective versioned edition. Material changes are published under a new version number and apply from the date stated for that version.
2. Access and unified account
- Sign-in is available only through Telegram; there is no separate email, phone or password registration.
- One Telegram id maps to one account, balance, KYC status, history and set of requests.
- The public rate is available anonymously. For an ordinary customer, a link is created after Telegram sign-in and the required identity check takes place inside the secure payment page. An administrator may assign an approved partner’s terminal a mode with or without that check. A separate KYC is required before payout.
- Users are responsible for access to their Telegram account and must promptly report suspected compromise.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not impersonate another person, evade limits, interfere with the service, use another account or submit false information.
- A third party may pay a payment link, but the verified account holder remains the responsible customer.
- The service must not be used for unlawful activity, concealment of source of funds, sanctions evasion or infringement of third-party rights.
4. Availability and risks
Rates, reserves, payment providers and payout channels may be unavailable. The service does not promise instant execution, a fixed completion time or absence of manual review.
Public information is not investment advice. The server fixes and displays the terms of a specific transaction before confirmation.
5. Changes and disputes
Each material revision receives a new version. Where the law requires renewed consent, the service will request it before the relevant action.
Thai law applies. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Bangkok unless mandatory jurisdiction or consumer law provides otherwise. The parties may first contact support to seek resolution.
